Hello to all

I own a 1992 Cadi deville. 120,000 miles. Well taken care of. It`s
been ruining great. Until two days ago. Monday I noticed that it took
a second or two longer to start than usual. Tuesday a few more.
Tuesday night it took about ten seconds of steady cranking (good thing
I got a new battery recently). Upon finally firing up, it sounded a
little rough. Once out on the road it runs great. No missing. No
stalling. Runs great. What gives? The fuel pump is working or it
wouldn’t supply pressure down the road, right? It is definitely
getting worse by the crank. It doesn't seem to matter if it`s hot or
cold. Both ways it took a while.
My dash board lights went out a few months ago. No Speedo. No fuel
gauge. No climate control center, etc. That didn't seem to affect the
car`s performance any, though. I heard it cost a bundle (more than the
old girl is worth) to get that fixed so I've just been dealing without
it.
Any ideas? My battery won`t hold out much longer at this rate.
