Air suspension problem

I recently bought a 95 Deville. Just before I bought it from a friend,
she had a new tire put on the rear at a tire store. Ever since the
tire was put on, the rear of the car has been "jacked up" looking. I
am told that that model has air suspension. Does anyone know what
could cause that and how I might get those shocks or struts (or
whatever they are) deflated? The car bounces like crazy when you hit a
bump at highway speeds. It's like riding a bucking bronco.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Sounds like someone replaced the shocks with something other than the air
assisted type that are on Cadillacs.
