1999 Cadillac Deville, 4.61 Northstar - Fans Not Working

HELP. Anyone know anything about the three relay switches that are
inbetween the two fans by the rad. My car overheated today, and I don't
think the fans are running. I have checked the fuse box and all is ok in
there. Just don't know what to do about the 3 relay's by the fans.

Instead of guessing, use the Onboard Diagnostic system to bring up
trouble codes and then work from those. To learn how to access the OBD2
system, use Google and input 'OBD2'.
